Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms. By becoming a member of Man O' War Fitness, LLC ("Man O' War Fitness", "we", "us"), purchasing a class pack or drop-in, or using our facilities at 175 West Lowry Ln, Suite 116, Lexington, KY 40503, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to join Man O' War Fitness. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Memberships and Pricing. Memberships are sold as described on /pricing. All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes. Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled per the Cancellation Policy below.

4. Hold Policy. Membership hold terms will be provided at sign-up and are subject to change. Contact staff@manowarfitness.com for the current policy.

6. Class Bookings. Walk-ins are welcome subject to capacity. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee a spot. No-shows may be subject to fees as posted at the front desk.

7. Health & Safety. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical impediment that would prevent you from participating in our classes. If you have any concerns, consult a physician before training. By participating, you assume all risk of injury inherent to fitness training.

8. Release & Waiver. You release Man O' War Fitness, its owners, coaches, and staff from any claim arising from your use of the facility or participation in classes, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Facility Rules. Members agree to follow all posted facility rules, return equipment, respect coaches and other members, and adhere to the gym's code of conduct.

10. Termination by Man O' War Fitness. We reserve the right to terminate any membership for violation of these Terms, including disruptive behavior, harassment, or non-payment.

11. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised Effective Date.
