Been coming here for over 3 years now. This place is more than a gym, it's a community. I mostly go to personal training and they always also have classes going on. Trainers and owners are always around welcoming and offering advice to everyone training. They have special workout events and competitions for all fitness level once in a while that a lot of the people training there participate in and those are a lot of fun as well as challenging. There are people there at all levels and it's inspiring to see how people are showing results over time. I highly recommend you check this place out.
