Yes, we allow 1 month, 2-month, and 3-month membership holds.

To cancel your membership, complete the cancellation request form on our website four weeks before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Once submitted one of our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any canceled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter who is traveling from out of town then we would love to host you. Please visit our Drop-In page to see our current single class and week pass pricing. Once you’ve decided on a package simply complete the form and one of our friendly coaches will reach out to you.

Yes, we offer a free trial class to anyone who wants to test the waters! Simply complete the Free Trial class form and book in a time to come in for your first class. After you have attended your free class we encourage you to become part of the community so you can make the most of what our gym has to offer.

Masks are optional but encouraged when not at a social distance such as entry and exit of the facility. Masks are not encouraged during classes or while working out – thus all class/gym equipment is set up at a minimum of 9ft apart. We are compliant with state & CDC COVID-19 regulations! We have gone above and beyond to ensure your safety without sacrificing the high energy, all-inclusive environment/community that we always maintained.
